🗑️ Account löschen
Lösche deinen EasyGrowing-Account und alle damit verbundenen Daten.
⚠️ Wichtig:
Die Account-Löschung ist unwiderruflich. Alle Pflanzen, Growboxen, Fotos, Notizen und Aktionen werden permanent gelöscht und können nicht wiederhergestellt werden.
Falls du ein aktives Pro-Abo hast, kündige dieses bitte vorher im Google Play Store unter "Abos" oder im Stripe-Kunden-Portal. Bereits gezahlte Beträge werden nicht erstattet.
So kannst du deinen Account löschen
1Direkt in der App (empfohlen)
Der schnellste Weg — Account wird sofort gelöscht.
- Öffne die EasyGrowing-App
- Tippe auf Profil bearbeiten
- Scrolle ganz nach unten
- Tippe auf den Button "Konto löschen"
- Bestätige die Sicherheitsmeldung
- Gib zur Bestätigung dein Passwort ein
2Hier auf dieser Seite
Fülle das untenstehende Formular aus. Die Löschung erfolgt sofort nach Passwort-Bestätigung.
3Per E-Mail
Sende eine E-Mail an privacy@senova.app mit dem Betreff "Account löschen". Bitte gib die E-Mail-Adresse deines Accounts an. Die Löschung erfolgt innerhalb von 7 Werktagen.
Was wird gelöscht?
- Dein Account (E-Mail, Username, Passwort)
- Alle Pflanzen, Growboxen und Outdoor-Standorte
- Alle Aktionen (Bewässerung, Düngung, Klima, Notizen, Fotos)
- Hochgeladene Bilder
- Pro-Abo-Status (kündige separat im Play Store / Stripe!)
Was muss aus rechtlichen Gründen erhalten bleiben?
Aufgrund gesetzlicher Aufbewahrungspflichten (§147 AO) werden Zahlungsbelege 10 Jahre lang in pseudonymisierter Form aufbewahrt. Diese sind nicht mehr mit deinem Account verknüpft.

🗑️ Delete Account
Delete your EasyGrowing account and all associated data.
⚠️ Important:
Account deletion is permanent. All plants, grow boxes, photos, notes, and actions will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
If you have an active Pro subscription, please cancel it first in the Google Play Store under "Subscriptions" or in the Stripe customer portal. Already-paid amounts will not be refunded.
How to delete your account
1Directly in the app (recommended)
The fastest way — account is deleted immediately.
- Open the EasyGrowing app
- Tap on Edit Profile
- Scroll to the very bottom
- Tap the "Delete Account" button
- Confirm the security prompt
- Enter your password to confirm
2Here on this page
Fill out the form below. Deletion happens immediately after password confirmation.
3By email
Send an email to privacy@senova.app with subject "Delete Account". Please include the email address of your account. Deletion completes within 7 business days.
What gets deleted?
- Your account (email, username, password)
- All plants, grow boxes, and outdoor locations
- All actions (watering, fertilizing, climate, notes, photos)
- Uploaded images
- Pro subscription status (cancel separately in Play Store / Stripe!)
What must be retained for legal reasons?
Due to statutory retention obligations (German tax law §147 AO), payment records are retained for 10 years in pseudonymized form. These are no longer linked to your account.
